About the Authors

Sheila Heen is a Founder of Triad Consulting and a faculty member at Harvard Law School. She is a co-author of two New York Times bestsellers, Thanks for the Feedback (with Douglas Stone) and Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most (1999, with Douglas Stone and Bruce Patton). She grew up in Nebraska in the Evangelical Free church and now lives in a farmhouse in New England with her husband and three children.
