Although a individual facing such a situation could simply exist, many stay because of limited opportunities in the labour market, hope for changes in the situation and excessive work related over commitment. ( it is driven by achievement, motivation and approval motivation). In fact, Tony had enough effort and cooking skill and experience to choose which hotel or restaurant employer who liked to work in this labour market. Hence, Tony felt no worry his poor behaviour to cause Walt should dismiss him. Moreover, Tony was also working head chef shift job in another hotel at the same time. So, it was possible that Tony performed absent and woke up late to work and told lie to sickness and drunk alcohol of bad behaviour that who wanted Walt knew that they ought to discuss salary rising issue. Otherwise Tony should leave Walt's employment.The reason was because Tony felt spend much effort and time and nervous to do head chef job in Walt's Italian restaurant, but Walt could not give reasonable rewards to Tony to compare Frontier hotel employer at the same time. Hence, Tony begun waking up late for work and who begun to miss several shifts after he worked one year in Walt's Italian restaurant. Hence, Tony did action to complaint Walt to imply whose dissatisfaction to Walt's employment. However, Walt could attempt to increase Tony's salary and let Tony to choose to change to do part time shift.
