West Point Mafia Revealed: Inside the walls of the West Point Protection Association, and why tradition is unchanged

This is my life and how the Military Academy at West Point betrayed the true faith it stands for; Duty, Honor, and Country.
How could the Academy be so blind in acknowledging the reality that even tradition needs to be modified? One year after my departure, they removed the threat of having another Commandants Board results overturned by the Secretary of the Army by having "Leadership" designated as a letter grade which no one can challenge. But herein lies the shocking truth; the numbers do not lie and the system rolls on. From the Superintendent holding up his collar with three stars stating, "it sure worked for me!" to Regimental Commanders reviewing a cadet file, "why haven't we boarded this dirt bag?" in response to a file reflecting the number 6 cadet in the Corps selected as a Cadet Regimental Commander, and later returned as Commandant of Cadets.
