Jeff Goins is one of the more prolific and thoughtful young authors working right now, and his new book will show you how to discover what you were meant to do.

I've known of Jeff Goins since I published a piece from him on ChangeThis about being Wrecked for the Ordinary: A Manifesto for Misfits in 2010. And he's been anything but ordinary since then.

He published a book on the same topic in 2012 called Wrecked: When a Broken World Slams Into Your Comfortable Life that fleshed out that original manifesto, and quickly followed it up with a really great book about embracing the moments in between the "big moments" in life called The In-Between: Embracing the Tension Between Now and the Next Big Thing. Last year he was back with a shorter guide admonishing that You Are a Writer (So Start Acting Like One), and he himself has taken his own advice with yet another book this year.

It is called The Art of Work: A Proven Path to Discovering What You Were Meant to Do, and it was released just last week. It also happens to have one of the better book trailers I've seen recently...

Jeff is one of the more thoughtful young authors working today (as you can get a full glimpse of in his recent post about Why Book Launches Are Sometimes Selfish) and I expect he'll continue being as prolific in coming years as he has always been, so keep an eye out. If you haven't been following along up until now, The Art of Work is a great place to start.
