Adriana Leigh is an award-winning international changemaker and thought leader, and the founder of and principal consultant at ALG Consulting. With over twenty years of global experience, she is a former workplace human rights lawyer turned facilitator, working at the intersection of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); gender-based violence and harassment prevention; and workplace mental health. Leigh has collaborated with organizations worldwide, including the United Nations, international aid agencies, and both private and public sector entities. Her approach is distinguished by its blend of heart, humor, and deep subject matter expertise, and she aims to build safe, respectful, inclusive, and human-centered workplaces. Recognized for her transformative work, Leigh has been featured by World Pulse as one of the "21 Women Leaders to Watch" and has received the CREA Global Award for her contributions to sustainability and mental health.
