Duncan A. Bruce, FSA Scot., is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is one of the few Americans to be awarded arms from the Lyon Court in Scotland, and is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. He lives with his wife, Tamara, in New York City
