James (J.R.) Lowry is the founder and CEO of PathWise.io, a corporate leadership development firm. A former US Air Force officer and McKinsey partner, he has twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, at Fidelity Investments, State Street Bank, and Janus Henderson Investors. Lowry is a Harvard Business School graduate and hosts a weekly podcast, Career Sessions, Career Lessons, where he interviews C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, and other changemakers. He lives on Cape Cod with his wife.
