Natatia Vanellison is an award-winning educator, leadership mentor, and transformational career coach with over thirty-one years of experience. The Founder and CEO of NaTaTiaCoaching, LLC(TM), she is dedicated to empowering women over forty who feel unseen, unheard and undervalued in their careers.
Through her signature coaching programs--the R.I.S.E. Leadership Accelerator(TM) and the Synergy Empowerment Leadership Accelerator(TM)--she equips leaders with the confidence, strategies and resilience to rise to their full potential.
As a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and Certified Virtual Presenter (CVP), she has a deep passion for public speaking, leadership development and empowering women to use their voices with confidence. She has chartered three Toastmasters clubs, including one designed to prepare speakers and empower women leaders through storytelling, executive presence, and strategic communication.
Throughout her extensive career in education, she worked in leadership development, mentoring both high school students and adults to cultivate confidence, resilience and professional impact. Her dedication to education and leadership has earned prestigious awards, further solidifying her role as a recognized expert in mentoring, coaching and professional development.
She is a founding member of The Book Academy(R), established by four-time New York Times bestselling author and TEDx speaker Luvvie Ajayi Jones. Having successfully graduated from all three of Luvvie's cohort programs, she is now part of the Alumni Accelerator Program, an exclusive initiative for advanced authors.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she is deeply grateful for the unwavering support of her husband, whom she lovingly describes as "the most supportive husband on the planet."
