Trevor Blondeel
Trevor Blondeel spent more than twenty-five years inside manufacturing, leading plants and teams before setting out to solve the problem he kept seeing: good people walking away from leaders who told them what to do instead of asking better questions. To find out what attracts people to manufacturing and what makes them stay, he commissioned a research study of 1,250 working-age adults across the United States and Canada. Those findings, and decades on the shop floor, became Manufacturing Greatness, his guide to building teams that get results, work together, and stick around. Today he speaks, coaches, and works with manufacturing leaders to leverage the resources they already have. Host of the Manufacturing Greatness podcast, Blondeel is also a Certified Speaking Professional (the speaking profession's highest earned designation) and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Canadian born and raised, he is a dual citizen now living in Kentucky.
