Yaniv Cohen, otherwise known as The Spice Detective, is vice president and culinary director of the award-winning catering, design and production company Shiraz Creative. He also operates Jaffa, an outlet for his spice-centered cuisine in the Miami Design District's distinguished food hall. He has been featured in Aventura magazine, Miami Modern Luxury magazine, Bello magazine and Tropicult.
