Johanne Howard was born in Quebec and educated in French Catholic schools. She completed a college degree in theology, a university degree in social psychology of communication, and later moved to British Columbia to further her studies in education. She is a French high school language specialist who works and lives in North Vancouver, British Columbia with her husband, her two sons, two dogs and two cats.

She has an enduring curiosity and a developed interest in the study of religions, esoteric knowledge, spirituality and especially a constant search for the truth.
