He has led change management for over thirty large-scale initiatives in roles based in Canada, the US, and the UK, including operating model redesigns, organizational restructures, mergers and acquisitions, culture resets, and systems implementations. Buckley has held senior leadership roles at Cadbury and Kraft Foods, including as the global organizational change director, global commercial HR director, and Americas VP of organization change. He is the founder and president of Change with Confidence, a consulting firm that helps leaders and their teams navigate mission-critical change. The author of two award-winning books, Change on the Run and Change with Confidence, Buckley lives in Toronto, Canada.
