Dr. Robert Odegard has a passion for learning and growth, as evidenced by his thriving career in dentistry and personal mission to help others experience greater fulfillment by achieving their goals. Dr. Odegard was born in Seattle, Washington, and graduated from Seattle Prep (high school), Seattle University, and University of Washington School of Dentistry. He opened Optimal Dental in the Renton Highlands in 1991 and expanded the practice the old-fashioned way by giving people great, honest service and doing excellent dentistry. He believes that the reward for treating people well is the opportunity to serve their friends and family. As of this publication, Dr. Odegard still works at Optimal Dental two days a month and volunteers at Pacific Northwest University of Health Science in the School of Dentistry as an adjunct associate professor. Dr. Odegard spends his summers in the beautiful mountainous region of Eastern Washington and his winters on Maui. He has been married to his wife Liz for 40 years. They have three adult children and eight grandchildren.
