Stephen Geller grew up in the Hollywood of the 40's and 50's, and spent the rest of his life nourished by international film, living and working in Rome, Paris, London, as well as Hollywood. Screenwriting gave him the means to write novels and plays, and the opportunity to work in every aspect of film and theater. His father was a composer, conductor, and arranger; his mother an actress, and pre-school teacher. They always meet in Sabbath-on-Swathe, with Stephen, his friends, and his loves.
