Books for the Wellness Together Conference
Last month, we had the joy of helping put books in the hands of over 1,000 attendees at the 10th Annual Wellness Together Conference. Educators, school and district leaders, policymakers and mental health professionals gathered there around one shared goal: making sure every student has access to the mental health support they deserve.
The conference opened with This Helps Day, inspired by This Helps Podcast, hosted by Wellness Together’s Founder & CEO. The day focused on easing digital burnout and rekindling real human connection. Mychal Threets (pictured), Resident Librarian for PBS and advocate for literacy and mental health, reminded the room how belonging and curiosity can grow in schools, and how a library or a book can be a place where someone feels truly welcome.
Moments like this are why we love what we do. Books carry ideas, comfort and connection, and they mean the most when they’re shared. Thank you to Wellness Together and This Helps for letting us be a small part of it.
