Julius Henry "Groucho" Marx, born on October 2nd, 1890, East 78th Street, Manhattan, New York City, U.S, was a comedian, writer, stage, film, radio, and TV star. A master of quick wit, he is widely regarded as one of America's all-time greatest comedians. Groucho made 13 feature films with his siblings the Marx Brothers, of whom he was the third-born. He also had a successful solo career, being best known as the host of the radio and TV game show You Bet Your Life.
