Pilates teacher training is more than just cueing exercises. It also involves learning how to assess, design workouts, modify (when needed), and create a plan for reassessment. Instructors can use case scenarios for in class activities, online learning, or assignments. Students can use the cases to study and practice applying Pilates concepts. When this book is used along with client health history forms, students can role play client interviews. The number and variety of cases offers students and instructors with a lot of material for teaching, study, and review. The case scenarios were developed based upon the demographics of the U.S. adult population and health/wellness issues representative of adults who could benefit from Pilates.
