Our understanding of inclusive education is constantly evolving. Individual Education Plans (IEPs), however, are stuck in the deficit-based framework of the past. For too long, IEPs have emphasized what students can't do, instead of highlighting strengths, building competencies, and relying on student and family voices to lead the conversation. All for One explores how teachers can change the IEP narrative and design a plan to increase the places where students can be meaningfully included.
