Dr. John Henry Danley Jr. Ed.D is an executive and author. Dr. Danley is an accomplished Senior Executive and Thought Leader, with demonstrated success across both automotive and aerospace and defense industries. He comes with 25 years of experience in executive roles and knows how to leverage this extensive experience and expertise to provide companies value. With his extensive experience and training, he can quickly assess the health of any business and determine appropriate continuous improvement strategies. Dr. Danley holds a BA in Political Science from Carthage College, a Master of Science Management from Colorado Technical University, and a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. He is a Gallup Certified Coach, Lean Practitioner, and has completed an Executive Leadership Certification from Washington University.
