Seeing the Leader in You is part of a series that is aimed at enabling you to develop an individual leadership profile and an individual skills profile, through the process of self-reflection, culminating in the development of a plan for leadership improvement. The philosophy that underpins the approach taken in this series is that becoming a leader in an organisation (or any other setting) is a privilege, but this privilege comes with certain obligations.
