Vince Menzione has spent four decades building and rebuilding companies through partnerships. Early on, he helped grow an organization from $6 million to a public exit. He then led a turnaround whose partner motion delivered roughly a third of company revenue, secured $20 million in defense appropriations, and culminated in an acquisition by General Dynamics. For nearly a decade at Microsoft, he led the U.S. Public Sector Partner business through the cloud transformation, growing it from $2.5 billion to $4.6 billion.

In 2017, Vince founded Ultimate Partner to give leaders practical frameworks, a real peer community, and access to the top voices shaping the ecosystem. Today that includes over 300 episodes of the Ultimate Partner podcast, flagship UP LIVE events, and UP Executive Events.
