David H. Bangs, Jr., has been working with small business owners for more than twenty years. His career has included positions as commercial loan officer for Bank of America; manager of the Exeter Business Information Center, a pilot program sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and founder of Upstart Publishing Company. He is also the author of "Business Plans Made Easy" and "The Business Planning Guide.
