Growing up in a semi-rural setting, with the freedom to ride horses through open country, instilled in
Ingrid Bamberg a deep connection with the natural world. She earned a
Ph.D. in ecology and worked independently for over 30 years as an environmental consultant, specifically in restoring forests and grasslands back to their native ecosystems. In 2009, Ingrid met Paul Sheldon at Natural Capitalism Solutions, in Hygiene, Colorado (between Boulder and Longmont) and assisted him with Clean & Green Solutions for prison systems. In their off time, Paul introduced Ingrid to his love of dreams and deep knowledge of dream awareness. While developing a Buddhist study, Ingrid also discovered the fascinating world of inner ecology. This led to her rich exploration of her own psychology and the fascinating mystery of being human. For the past several years, she has devoted herself to extensive study and developed a professional practice of working with trauma, somatic modalities, and interpersonal and transpersonal frameworks.
