About Mimi Love

Chris Grimley has organized, designed, and implemented experiential environments, interiors, master plans, and branding initiatives for clients ranging from small offices to large institutions. He has broad experience in architecture, graphic design, and interior design. He is the co-author and designer of several books, including The Interior Design Reference & Specification Book (2018), Imagining the Modern: Architecture and Urbanism of the Pittsburgh Renaissance (2019), and Heroic: Concrete Architecture and the New Boston (2015). Recognition and awards include those from AIGA, SEGD, HOW, docomomo, the Boston Preservation Alliance and the Boston Society of Architects. He lives in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mimi Love received a professional degree in architecture from the University of Texas, Austin, in 1989. She was the project coordinator for the renovation and expansion of the Bowdoin College Museum of Art. She is currently a principal at Utile, Inc. (http: //www.utiledesign.com) in Boston, MA, focusing on interior renovation projects.

Chris Grimley is a partner in the firm over, under--an interdisciplinary practice with expertise in architecture, urban design, exhibit design, graphic identity, and publications. The firm's designs, research, and the exhibits of its gallery have been widely published. Mimi Love worked at Machado and Silvetti Associates from 1994 to 2005 and is currently a principal at Utile, Inc. focusing on interior renovation projects.
