Reynolds is President and CEO of both Putnam Investments and Great-West Financial, one of the nation's top providers of retirement savings products and services, life insurance, annuities, and executive benefits. Great-West's Empower Retirement unit is the nation's second largest retirement services provider. Prior to joining Putnam in 2008, Reynolds was Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity Investments.
