He is the founder and CEO of Tilson HR, a national professional employer organization providing a comprehensive suite of business solutions to help businesses grow and thrive. Under his direction, Tilson HR has netted numerous awards and recognition for its high growth and success. He has been very active in supporting his industry both on a local and national basis. During his tenure as chairman of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), he was at the helm for the watershed passage of federal legislation for the industry.
