About the Authors

Paul J. Sarvadi is the chairman and chief executive officer of Insperity, Inc. (NSP), which he co-founded in 1986. Paul played a major role in establishing a new industry-outsourcing the HR function-and served as president of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations. He led Insperity through a public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 1997 and has continued as the company's CEO for more than thirty years.
