It explores the strategies required to reinforce and integrate human dimension ideas within the Army's Human Capital Enterprise. It also brings character development to the forefront, stressing the importance of Army Values through a career of service. This pamphlet describes the broad human dimension capabilities the Army will require to meet the challenges of the future operational environment. It describes and provides a guide for how the Army will use the human dimension as a common framework for adapting and enhancing the Army's effort to achieve superior warfighting effectiveness in unified land operations.
